Inspired by my sister Kelltie, Tim decided to give Kaleb a mohawk. It was pretty hard because he was moving his head so much, so it's a little off center. But we still think it's pretty cute. We had to put him in a tank top and a tough guy tatoo to match the look.

Funny Things
Kaleb sees Jane playing her video game and he really wanted to try. I thought it looked pretty cute.
One morning, I came into the kitchen to find Jane sharing her cereal with Kaleb, who is always trying to mooch off everybody.
It's amazing how quickly my kids grow and change. The last couple of weeks, Kaleb seems to have grown up so much! He suddenly started talking more, not that anybody but me and Tim can understand what he's saying, but I'll take what I can get. He now says Mom, Dad, dog, more, uh oh, and ball. His absolute favorite thing to do is wrestle on the floor with his dad and seems to think he was made just for that purpose. He has a smile that EVERYBODY loves and is just the sweetest little boy. We just went to his 18 month appointment and his head is still in the 80%, weight is 28% and now his height is only the 2%. The poor little guy keeps getting shorter and shorter, but I think it's pretty cute.
Jane is always talking non-stop and constantly saying the funniest things. One night at dinner, she was very upset that she had to eat just one green bean and after about 5 minutes of refusing to swallow and finally gagging it down, she paused for a minute and said, "I feel healthy!" Me and my mom couldn't stop laughing about it. Also, when we were at Echo Lake, the room that we were in had a dresser with a mirror on top and Tim found Jane on top of the bed, completely naked checking herself out in the mirror making different poses. When she saw Tim come in she told him very proudly, "I have a big bum!" Too funny! At least she's confident in herself.

Romeril Reunion
At the end of June we all got to go up to Echo Lake in Montana for a couple of days. My enitre family was there, which doesn't happen very often, and it was so nice to be able to see everybody. Especially Jeff, who I don't think I've seen him since the last time we were at the lake, probably about 2 years ago. We were lucky enough to have my Uncle David be there to drive us around in his boat. We went on lots of tube rides and all of the kids had a blast!
I think this must have been just after a big wave.
Jane was so happy to have her daddy around to play with so much!
When ever Tim or I was on the tube, the dogs would jump in the water after us. Sammy realized she couldn't catch us and would turn around and swim to shore, but Maverick would just keep swimming and had to be rescued everytime.
These pictures aren't the best, but I thought the whole sequence was too funny, I had to put it in.
Those lifejackets never look very comfortable. Poor Kaleb. He just wanted to be in the water the whole time and nothing else would make him happy.
That is one full tube! I think Kaleb was trying to get Tim to let him go the whole time.
After that we had some rain and cold weather, so we didn't really want to play in the water anymore, but we still had fun hanging out. One day Tim and I went to the "House of Mysteries." We saw it driving past and couldn't help but check it out. It's supposedly a natural vortex and you are supposed to be able to feel the enery of it pulling on you. The coolest part is that it made the tree branches grow in spirals around the trunks, but other than that I think it's all pretty hokey. But it was so much fun to just be all together and relax!

Wolfley Family Reunion
At the beginning of June, me and the kids were able to go out to Shelly's house for the Wofley Family Reunion. Tim wasn't able to come because of work and school, and I was pretty nervous about going on a trip like that without him, but lucky for me, Tim's family is so great and they really helped me out. The first day we had more people flying in, so we had to stay close to the house, but we had a great time. All the little girls had fun playing with each other and they even got Grandpa on the trampoline with them for a little bit!
The next day we went to a childrens museum (I think that's what it was, but it was really more like a big activity center). It was so cool! There was something for all the kids to do. We started with story time.
Then we went up to the bubble room, which I thought was the coolest. The girls are standing inside a big square that goes down into the bubble solution and then when they pull the rope it brings it up around them and makes a huge bubble around them.
A fog comes out of those hoses, so you can put the hose in the bubble solution and it makes a bubble full of fog and then when the bubble pops, it all comes out.
They had a little grocery store for the kids to play in. Kaleb just liked pushing the cart around
and Jane liked playing in the kitchen.
After that we went to Jump Street and had a ton of trampolines. In one of the areas there they had a game of dodge ball going. I didn't play for very long, but it was pretty fun. I can't remember the last time I played dodge ball.
For dinner that night, we went to a really good Italian buffet. Kaleb is a very picky eater and on top of that he was very tired from late nights and no naps, so he was extremely grumpy, so I was able to get him to eat a little bit of a bread stick, an desserts. As you can see, he really enjoyed those.
It was kind of a stressful trip just because the kids got very little sleep. One night they fell asleep in the car coming home and didn't even wake up at all as I was changing them into their pj's. But aside from all that, we had a really good time. It was nice to see everybody and visit. Thanks for having us Shelly!

5th Anniversary!
I know I'm kind of behind since my anniversary was two month ago, but I still have to post about it because it was awesome! We took our first trip with just the two of us since our honeymoon. Unfortunately, tim was limited since Tim is working and doing school like crazy and we were lucky we even got the 3 days that we got. With limited time, that meant we couldn't travel far if we wanted to have more than one day to play, so, we went to Las Vegas! The first night we got there, we went to see Phantom of the Opera. I wish they let you take pictures because the theater is amazing! The next day we spent a lot of time just walking around and looking in all the shops.
That night we went up to the top of the Stratosphere tower to go on the rides. Only one was open because there was too much wind, but it was still pretty cool. It's the tallest building in Vegas and they said that the tower can sway 2 feet from side to side. The ride we went on held you out over the side of the tower and then dropped you forward like you were falling off. I was the only person screaming and I may have embarrassed Tim, but I still had lots of fun!
After that we went to Freemont Street. I think that is my favorite place in Vegas. It is so fun to walk down the street with all the lights and look at all the street vendors. There was a guy there that will sculpt a little clay model of your face while you wait. The spray paint artists are pretty cool too. We also almost got pummeled by a fight. We were watching these two kids from a little way off and I didn't think they were actually going to do it, just trying to act tough and then the next thing we know, other people came after one of the guys calling him a wuss and they were all falling our way very quickly throwing punches at each other and one barely missed Tim as he was trying to get me out of the way. Later we saw one of the kids with a bloody nose and blood all over his shirt and it looked like he was trying to find another fight. Some people...
When we saw these show girls, I jokingly asked Tim if he wanted to take a picture with them and he sheepishly said he did. I thought the whole thing was so funny.
The light show was amazing! We didn't know about it and were on our way out when it started. I'm so glad we were still there when it started. I can't even explain how cool it was. The one we saw was a Kiss themed show. From the sounds of it, they do a different one every hour, but we didn't stay long enough to see any others.
I can't beleive Tim and I have been married for 5 years. In some respects it seems like the time has gone by so fast, but it also seems like I can't even remember what it was like to not be together. I can't imagine not being with Tim. The last 5 years have been amazing with many life changes. I feel so lucky to have such a hard working mand for my husband. I know that there isn't anything Tim wouldn't do for our family. He is the best I could ask for! I love you honey!
