I can't believe Kaleb is 2 months old already! He is getting so big and chubby. He's already over 13 lbs. The only problem with that is he's so short. He's 78% for weight but only 30% for height. So his cloths are starting to get a little snug, but they are still too long in the limbs, so if I move him up to the next size clothes, they will be really really long. But that's OK. I like chubby babies. He is such a good baby and already puts himself to sleep most of the time. The only problem is sometimes he doesn't always want to stay asleep. He is really happy and smiles at anybody who looks at him. I was really glad today he woke up really happy and I got some good smiling pictures. Here are a few that I thought were cute.
This picture doesn't even do any justice to how chubby he really is. He even has rolls on his knees and shoulders too!
I thought this was cute. The picture woke Tim up and he wasn't very happy I took it.
Jane is also doing really well. Last weekend we potty trained her. It was a very frustrating experience for me. Jane is a very strong willed girl and if she can't do it her way she won't do it at all. She does really well at knowing when she needs to go potty and she can even hold it really well, but her accidents come from being stubborn and not wanting to sit on the toilet because we asked her too. I'm hoping she loosens up a little. One day was really funny. She was sitting on the toilet and just fighting us trying to get off saying that she didn't need to go, even though we knew she did. Then I reminded her that she gets candy when she goes potty. Her face lit up and she looked at Tim and said, "Ready?" so we said yes and then she went. We laughed pretty hard. On this day she went and got her doll's bib and came to show me that she put it on. I thought it was pretty, so I had to take a picture.
